Pricing Structure

The Washington Travel Clinic does not participate with any insurance carrier. At the Washington Travel Clinic, we pride ourselves in making our pricing structure available online.

Pre-travel visit:

If only one vaccine is needed and no consultation or prescriptions are requested, the visit fee is $45, in addition to the cost of the vaccine. The regular pre-travel visit fee is $80 per person, which includes a full consultation and covers all necessary prescriptions, which can be filled at any pharmacy. Families are charged a flat $130 fee. The cost of the vaccines is additional. The pre-travel visit fee is valid for one year during which follow-up visits and requests for prescription refills are charged as follows:

  • Follow-up visits for additional vaccines or to complete a vaccine series: no charge
  • Follow-up visit for prescriptions: $20
  • Online requests for prescription refills: $20

For non-travelers requesting vaccines (e.g. for work, school, etc.), the visit fee is $45.

The fee for an infectious disease consultation depends on the complexity of the illness. Please call to make an appointment and to ask about the fee.

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). We do not participate with any insurance carrier.
